  • INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gms Gustto Simply Classic Sausages, sliced
  • 20 gms each of Red, Yellow and Green Bell Peppers, julienned
  • 30 gms Onions, julienned
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5-6 gms Garlic, chopped
  • 5-6 gms Green Chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp White Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Method
  • Place a pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Add garlic, green chillies and sausages, and sauté till they turn golden brown.
  • Now, add the peppers and onions, and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in soya sauce and vinegar, then add salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 130 gms Gustto Savoury & Spicy Sausages, thinly sliced
  • 50 gms Onions, chopped
  • 20 gms Spinach, julienned
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Method
  • Place a pan on high heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  • Add sausages and sauté them till they turn golden brown.
  • Add onions and spinach to it, and cook them for 2-3 minutes. Take the mixture off the heat and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs & add salt and pepper.
  • Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the beaten eggs and the sausage mixture to it, and mix it all well.
  • Cover the pan with a lid for 5-6 minutes, or till the eggs set.
  • Serve hot with the bread of your choice.

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 200 gms Gustto Zesty Pepper Sausages, cut into pieces (1x4 cms)
  • 60 gms Grainy Mustard Sauce
  • 15-20 gms Honey (or as per taste)
  • Crushed Black Pepper to season
  • Parsley to garnish, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Method
  • On medium heat, place a non-stick pan and in pour olive oil.
  • Add sausages and sauté them till they turn golden brown.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and stir in honey, mustard sauce and black pepper.
  • Toss well, till the sausages get completely glazed.
  • Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 70 gms Gustto Smoked Viennas, chopped
  • Multigrain Bread (small loaf), cut into 6 slices
  • 20 gms Onions, chopped
  • 20 gms Red Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 15 gms Capsicums, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 10 gms Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 10 gms Coriander, chopped
  • Method
  • Add olive oil to a pan.
  • Sear sausages in it on medium heat, till they turn golden brown.
  • Combine seared sausages, red bell peppers, capsicums, onions, 5 gms of coriander, Italian seasoning and lemon juice in a bowl.
  • Place a pan on medium heat and add butter. Toast the bread slices in it.
  • Top up the bread slices with the prepared mixture. Garnish with the remaining coriander and serve.

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Gustto Smoked Franks, cut into halves horizontally, and then into further halves vertically
  • 2 Burger Buns, sliced into halves
  • 4-5 leaves of Lettuce
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, cut into slices
  • 30 gms Mayonnaise
  • 20 gms Butter
  • 2 slices of Cheese
  • Method
  • Add butter to a hot pan and toast the burger buns. Keep the buns aside.
  • In the same pan, sear sausages till they turn golden brown.
  • Apply mayonnaise to the lower halves of the toasted buns, and arrange lettuce, tomato slices, cheese and sausages on them.
  • Top them up with the upper halves. Serve with ketchup/mustard sauce.

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Gustto Hot Italian Sausages, cut into halves horizontally, and then into further halves vertically
  • 4 slices of White Bread
  • 2 slices of Yellow Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 20 gms Butter
  • 30 gms Mayonnaise
  • Method
  • Apply mayonnaise to one slice of bread.
  • Arrange some of the sausages on it, and one slice each of both the cheeses.
  • Top it up with another slice of bread.
  • Apply butter to it and grill the sandwich to perfection.
  • Repeat the same with the remaining two slices of bread.
  • Cut the grilled sandwiches into halves, and serve them with ketchup/mustard sauce.
